Job summary

Eleven Content Limited is seeking a Head of Client Services to align onboarding, account leadership and growth across a portfolio of demanding B2B clients. You will lead the Account Managers, shape client strategy and ensure revenue continuity while working closely with senior colleagues.

You will manage client relationships end-to-end, coordinate across SEO, AI visibility, editorial and amplification specialists, and drive QBRs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior account management or client services leadership.
• Strong understanding of B2B content strategy and buyer journeys.
• Commercially minded with proven margin management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the account-management function and coach Account Managers.
• Own a portfolio of client relationships and growth plans.
• Coordinate across SEO, AI visibility, editorial and amplification.
• Present clear performance updates in QBRs and executive reviews.
