Job summary

You will be the go-to person clients call to sort things, explain complex work, and challenge plans that won't move the metrics. Two+ years in agency account management and solid SEO knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in agency account management, client services or delivery.
• Good understanding of SEO or digital marketing to discuss without a strategist in the room.
• Strong written communication for clear emails.
• Organised enough to run several clients without anything slipping.
• Comfortable telling a client something they do not want to hear.
• Nice to have: B2B or SaaS client experience; familiarity with AI search.
