Job summary

Employment International is hiring a Client Partner to lead a flagship UK Public Sector account (DEFRA/DWP) within its global technology and consulting organisation. This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on managing and growing UK Central Government accounts from London, with a hybrid working model.

You will own the account P&L, build senior relationships with Directors and Senior Civil Servants, drive growth through new workstreams and bids, and lead governance across cloud, data,

Qualifications

• Experience managing a major UK Public Sector or Central Government account.
• Proven ability to grow accounts to £10M+ annual revenue.
• Strong commercial experience in P&L, revenue growth, margin and forecasting.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Government procurement and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own overall commercial ownership of the account including P&L, forecasting and margin.
• Build and maintain relationships with Directors and Senior Civil Servants.
• Grow the account through new workstreams, framework call-offs and competitive bids.
• Lead governance across a complex delivery footprint spanning Cloud, Data, Applications and Managed Services.
• Drive bid and pursuit strategy alongside Solution Architects, Pricing and Delivery leadership.
• Identify new opportunities to expand and grow account revenue.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention and referenceability.
• Bringing together cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organisation.
