WorkNest seeks a Senior Client Coordinator for UK/Partners to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient delivery across multiple service lines. You will report to the Head of Client Coordination and manage Client Coordinators Executives while maintaining high billable output and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities include coaching, end-to-end delivery management, budget alignment, and performance reporting.

• Experience managing service delivery operations under pressure.
• Proven track record in mentoring and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing services and client expectations.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Lead day-to-day operations for Offensive Security Consultancy across UK & Partners.
• Coach and oversee Client Coordinators; ensure high billable output.
• Manage end-to-end delivery and control service delivery costs against budget.
• Drive customer-focused culture and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare weekly delivery updates for account management.
