Job summary

WorkNest Secure, the cyber security and data protection arm of WorkNest, seeks a Client Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient service delivery across multiple lines. You will report to the Head of Client Coordination and lead end-to-end delivery for Offensive Security Consulting, balancing budgets and driving a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.

• Experience delivering service delivery operations under pressure.
• Experience in team management and mentoring.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders – employees & customers included.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Head of Client Coordination and manage end-to-end delivery for Offensive Security Consulting.
• Manage service delivery costs and align to budget.
• Work to achieve forecasted monthly billable day targets and KPI updates.
• Foster a high-performing team culture and drive a customer-focused attitude across the Client Coordination team.
• Coordinate calendars and locations for Offensive Security Consultants across multiple sites.
• Manage multiple assessments and clients’ deliverables simultaneously and effectively.
• Arrange assessments and provide clear schedules and prerequisites to clients.
• Support Head of Client Coordination in maintaining pre-assessment documentation and processes.
• Prepare for and conduct weekly delivery updates to the account management team on a rota basis.
• Attend team meetings and periodic performance assessments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of Service Delivery team members when needed.
