Job summary

TalentHawk is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our Cyber Security team, coordinating vulnerability management across multiple workstreams and ensuring risks are tracked and communicated to senior leadership.

You'll work with technical teams and stakeholders to prioritise remediation activities, produce dashboards, and support governance processes.

This role helps protect critical services and infrastructure in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating vulnerability management across multiple teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience producing reports for senior leadership.
  • Excellent organisational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Experience using Power BI or Excel for reporting.
  • Experience within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), utilities, or other regulated environment.
  • Understanding of Cyber Essentials, NIS Regulations, or other cyber security governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Track vulnerabilities and remediation actions, ensuring progress is accurately monitored and reported.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and management information for senior leadership.

  • Ensure vulnerability data is accurate, consistent, and supports effective risk-based decision making.
  • Support governance processes and contribute to continuous improvements in vulnerability management.
  • Escalate significant risks and blockers where appropriate.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our clients Cyber Security team, supporting the protection of Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). This role is responsible for coordinating vulnerability management activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring risks are tracked, reported, and communicated effectively to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will work with technical teams, security specialists, and key stakeholders to ensure vulnerabilities are prioritised, remediation activities are monitored, and governance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vulnerability management activities across multiple teams and testing programmes.
  • Track vulnerabilities and remediation actions, ensuring progress is accurately monitored and reported.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and management information for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with cyber security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to drive remediation activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience producing reports and presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.
  • Experience within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), utilities, or other regulated environment.
  • Understanding of Cyber Essentials, NIS Regulations, or other cyber security governance frameworks.
