Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading key client relationships in infrastructure or central programmes.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders across programme, commercial and technical domains.
• Proven track record in growing client accounts across multiple services.
• Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking in complex client environments.
• Effective in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for a key infrastructure client.
• Understand client priorities, risks, decisions, and opportunities.
• Grow the client account across Ridge’s services (PM, cost consultancy, engineering, etc.).
• Coordinate Ridge teams to bring in the right expertise at the right time.
• Support business planning and long-term relationship growth.
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary teams across the client programme.
• Identify and plan future resourcing and capability growth.
