Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP is expanding its Project Management team and seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major water infrastructure programmes across the UK. You'll collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects with governance and value delivery in mind.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field; professional qualifications preferred.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure projects, especially water/environmental sectors.
• Chartered status or progression towards chartership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex water infrastructure projects from inception through close-out.
• Provide strategic direction to clients and ensure governance compliance across multiple workstreams.
• Drive business development and opportunities for account growth with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage administration, forecasting, change control and performance under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted client advisor.
• Represent Ridge and our clients professionally across projects and programmes.
• Develop and implement project governance, assurance, and reporting systems.
• Lead tender submissions and framework bids as required.
• Plan, schedule, cost control and risk management across all workstreams.
• Mentor project managers and support their development.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Develop project management plans and dashboards for effective reporting.
