Qualifications

• Construction project management experience is essential.
• Experience on refurbishment, heritage, public or occupied-site projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Degree in a construction-related subject is desirable.
• Experience delivering presentations and clear client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Building relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Supporting delivery in public and private sectors.
• Developing project documentation, programmes, reports, risk registers and decision records.
• Attending, chairing and recording meetings; ensuring actions are progressed.
• Producing concise reports for each project stage.
• Identifying innovative solutions and leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Supporting feasibility studies, site surveys and option appraisals.
• Monitoring contractor progress, quality, risk and programme on site.
• Promoting safe, compliant, and sustainable project delivery.
