Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP is expanding its Project Management team in the UK and seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead delivery of major infrastructure programmes, with a focus on Water and Environment. The role offers leadership across multidisciplinary teams and key client relationships, contributing to business growth and strategic engagements.

You will oversee programme performance, drive governance and risk management, and champion best practices in project controls while supporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and programmes within the Water and Environment sector.
• Proven track record leading major programmes, frameworks and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen, including fee management, forecasting and NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
• Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities and supporting account growth.
• Chartered status and professional qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across major infrastructure programmes and frameworks, ensuring delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, developing long-term strategic relationships.
• Take accountability for commercial performance and profitability of commissions and frameworks.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor staff across the business.
• Identify and secure opportunities for business growth within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Lead major bids, tenders and framework submissions.
• Promote collaboration across Ridge's service lines to maximise client value.
