Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cost & Commercial Lead to work with the UK Head of Infrastructure and senior colleagues to grow Ridge's cost and commercial services across major infrastructure sectors.

You will lead bids, frameworks and account development, build trusted client relationships, and shape procurement strategy, contract forms and commercial governance across transport, energy, utilities, defence and public programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cost and commercial services across infrastructure.
• Experience across major procurement, contract forms, administration, change control, estimating and commercial assurance.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to advise, challenge and influence senior clients.
• Leading bids, frameworks and account development across infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of Ridge’s national cost and commercial offer across infrastructure, including transport, energy, utilities, defence and related capital programme environments.
• Building relationships with infrastructure clients, public bodies, operators and delivery organisations.
• Growing client accounts across cost and commercial services; procurement strategy and contract administration.
• Advising clients on commercial structures, controls and decision-making for major projects and capital programmes.
• Leading bids, frameworks and account development activity across infrastructure markets.
• Building and leading multi-disciplinary teams to support major client opportunities.
• Helping shape future structure, capability and recruitment priorities of the Infrastructure commercial team.
