Whalar, part of Accenture Song, seeks a Client Business Lead in London. This senior role drives revenue across strategic agency partnerships, owning top GB accounts and shaping long-term growth with executive stakeholders.

You'll partner across functions to deliver innovative creator marketing solutions, manage forecasts, and foster cross‑functional collaboration to optimize client outcomes in a rapidly evolving Creator Economy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client leadership, account management, partnerships, or commercial roles within marketing, media, advertising, or the creator economy.
• Proven track record of growing strategic client relationships while delivering revenue targets.
• Experience growing a portfolio AOR account.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasts, pipelines, profitability, and complex portfolios.
• Exceptional relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker connecting client challenges to creator-led marketing solutions.
• Confident communicator for executive conversations and workshops.
• Passion for Creator Economy, social media, digital culture, and trends.
• Collaborative leader fostering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Whalar's leading alcohol-sector AOR account, delivering revenue targets and identifying new opportunities across products.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor for the Creator Economy.
• Partner with Co-Heads of Client Accounts and New Business to onboard clients and ensure a seamless experience.
• Lead development of innovative creator marketing strategies delivering measurable business results.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and commercial planning for portfolio health.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to deliver outstanding client work.
