• Proven experience leading full renewal processes for commercial insurance.
• Strong client-facing skills and credible relationships.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of clients' insurance programmes and service requirements.
• Collaborative approach with client teams, placement colleagues and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory on a medium-sized, less complex book of business.
• Support renewal and placement strategy for commercial programmes.
• Manage mid-term changes to risk and respond to client needs.
• Prepare market presentations and slips with the Placement Team.
• Use Marsh systems to negotiate renewal terms with insurers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and day-to-day service contact.
• Ensure accuracy across client deliverables and documentation.
