Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Worcester is seeking a Client Advisor to service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. The role supports both personal lines and commercial experience, with a pathway to chartered insurance qualifications after induction.

You will manage renewals, generate quotes, and upsell additional products while handling client queries. The position is hybrid, requiring at least four days in the office weekly, in the Enterprise Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy, numeracy and administration skills demonstrated through education or experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to Marsh Commercial's clients, ensuring needs are met per service standards.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and client satisfaction.
• Support colleagues by adapting to completing business-critical tasks as required.
• Develop relationships with insurer partners through regular contact to better serve clients.
• Gain thorough understanding of major classes of insurance through training and keep up with product developments.
