Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full renewal processes for commercial insurance programmes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience handling complex client needs and supporting technical or service queries.
• Cert CII qualification is desirable, with progress toward ACII preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Executives with placement strategy for renewals and mid-term changes.
• Review and interpret underwriting information for commercial clients.
• Prepare and submit market presentations and slips with the Placement Team.
• Use Marsh systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms with insurers.
• Prepare client reports for renewals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Produce insurer documentation as required and review indemnity clauses.
• Serve as a senior contact for complex queries and mentor colleagues.
• Contribute to a high-performing, client-focused culture.
