Arcadis is seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to lead our Water team in the UK, directing multi-disciplinary projects across clean water and wastewater programmes. You will provide technical direction, build strong client relationships and drive major framework delivery, while shaping strategic outcomes and supporting leadership development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with a professional institution (ICE/CIWEM/IWO).
• Proven technical leadership and ability to guide a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering complex design and delivery frameworks or design-and-build projects.
• Excellent communication across partners and disciplines; contract and commercial awareness.
