Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Water team in the UK. You will contribute to wastewater and clean water infrastructure through optioneering, feasibility, outline and detailed design across multiple frameworks.

The role offers exposure to high-profile projects and opportunities to grow towards chartered status. Working with clients, contractors and the wider Arcadis team, you will develop design calculations, 3D models and construction-ready drawings while adopting BIM-led design

Qualifications

Have a BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Progress toward Chartered or Incorporated status or equivalent accreditation.
Experience in the water industry.
Motivated with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of BIM led design and Civils 3D.
Good working knowledge of UK standards and Water specs.

Responsibilities

Learn and develop engineering skills across the project life cycle.
Develop experience with new design solutions and 3D techniques.
Prepare outline and detailed designs, drawings and construction-ready documentation.
Produce clear design calculations, reports and drawings.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, supply chain and team members.
Contribute to safety, quality and sustainability outcomes.
