Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water team in the UK, delivering complex water infrastructure projects through AMP8 and beyond. You will lead civil design packages, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and engage with clients and supply chains to drive innovative, sustainable solutions.

The role requires Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status and strong experience with REVIT and Civils 3D, plus knowledge of UK standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status preferred.
• Strong technical design experience on water projects.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role on civil design or packages of work.
• Coordinate designs with team and supply chain.
• Liaise with clients, supply chain and project stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality design drawings and construction-ready documents.
• Develop design calculations, reports and deliverables.
• Support safety, quality and sustainability goals.
• Mentor less experienced staff.
