Job summary

Role involves developing network designs with Product Management, implementing in locations, and supporting partners with on-call duties. Strong troubleshooting across TCP/IP, VoIP, QoS, and VLANs required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience at 3rd line Cisco support.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to design, install and maintain complex Cisco-based solutions.
• Experience with VoIP protocols and voice application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop network design with Product Management.
• Implement network design in chosen locations.
• Design support processes and communicate to support teams.
• Support partners in deployments and provide some out-of-hours on-call.
• Monitor hosted infrastructure and resolve faults using diagnostics and vendor support.
