Job summary

• Proven experience in Cisco UCM/UCCE and Teams telephony; able to explain voice environments and personal contributions.
• Strong voice engineering expertise; ability to articulate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Cisco Unified Communications Manager environments.
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE and Teams Telephony deployments.
• Maintain and improve enterprise voice infrastructure across networks.
• Work within wider networking environments to ensure reliability.
• Own voice engineering solutions and document technical contributions.
