Job summary
GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support operational excellence initiatives across our national network, based at Middleton or Greenford. You will work with site leaders and teams to identify opportunities, coordinate projects and embed changes that deliver lasting benefit.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 with regular travel to sites, and offers a salary up to £32,000 plus generous leave and benefits.
Qualifications
- CI/Operational Excellence experience in logistics or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen and RCA methodologies.
- Strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate continuous improvement projects across multiple operational sites.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and improvement events with operational stakeholders.
- Track project actions, milestones and benefits to ensure successful delivery and sustainability.
- Promote best practice, standardisation and the adoption of new ways of working across the network.
