Soho House & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes to the club’s high standards, while upholding our food philosophy and HACCP guidelines.

You will demonstrate technical expertise, support training, and mentor junior team members. The role involves menu input, allergy procedures, and ensuring hygiene, consistency, and teamwork

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy periods.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergy, hygiene, and health standards, including HACCP.
• Take ownership of mise en place and prep tasks.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams.
• Assist in preparation of team meals as requested.
• Demonstrate proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
• Support with deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly after service.
