Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards in line with the club’s food philosophy. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service, ensuring consistency and high-quality plating for members and guests.

The role emphasises technical expertise, kitchen operations, training, hygiene, and allergy compliance, with opportunities to contribute to menu development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Strong passion for food and willingness to learn and grow.
• Good understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards within your section.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service and events.
• Ensure HACCP, allergy, hygiene and safety compliance.
• Mentor and train Commis and Demi Chefs de Partie as needed.
• Participate in meetings and adapt to menu/service changes.
