Soho House is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade, delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests in a fast-paced, high-profile venue.

You will demonstrate technical expertise, kitchen operations knowledge, and a proactive approach to training, hygiene, and consistency, while supporting menu development and ensuring allergy procedures and dietary requirements are met.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong passion for food and service excellence.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in busy periods and events.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, allergy procedures, and safety policies.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in training and development.
• Attend meetings and communicate menu/service changes.
