Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the club’s food philosophy and lead by example.

You’ll demonstrate technical expertise, maintain high hygiene standards, assist in training junior staff, and contribute to menu development while ensuring allergy and dietary requirements are met.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy periods and events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergy, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Take ownership of mise en place and prep tasks for service.
• Assist in mentoring Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie to develop skills.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house teams to stay updated on menu changes.
