We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. You will play a crucial role in one of London's most exciting kitchens, working closely with our Sous and Head Chefs. Your responsibilities will include bringing skill, energy, and precision to every dish, mentoring junior team members, and setting high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead your section confidently during service, maintaining high standards and consistency.
2. Prepare and present dishes with creativity, flair, and attention to detail.
3. Support menu development and contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes.
4. Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding junior chefs.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment at all times.
