Job description

As Pastry Senior Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen and assisting with the execution and delivery of all pastry dishes. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting the Pastry Sous Chef in creating a kitchen environment that meets Nobu standards and expectations.
  2. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen through regular stock checks, labeling, audits, equipment checks, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  3. Managing and overseeing the smooth operation of your section.
  4. Ensuring yourself and junior staff have a comprehensive understanding of the full menu.
  5. Preparing and creating dishes to the highest standard with attention to presentation.
  6. Being innovative in your cooking style and contributing ideas for new dishes or specials to enhance the menu.
  7. Acting as an ambassador for Nobu and embodying our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE
