Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Liverpool Street Station, London (EC2M)
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
About the Role
We are recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie (or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up) to join our vibrant team at our prestigious Liverpool Street location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy site focused on theatre-style cooking, working with state-of-the-art mobile cooking units.
The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm, as the role involves a high level of guest interaction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with a supportive team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, helping to shape menus and maintain the highest food quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
Operate and showcase cooking skills at our theatre cooking stations
Collaborate with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Engage positively with guests, demonstrating an energetic and approachable manner
Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas
Uphold food safety and health & safety standards at all times
Support junior team members and foster a positive team environment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of relevant culinary experience
Experience working within high-end contract catering, hospitality, or restaurant environments
Energetic and guest-focused personality
Passion for delivering outstanding food and service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Interest in menu input and innovation
Level 2 Food Safety (desirable)
Flexible, can-do attitude
