About the Role

The Senior Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section or station in the kitchen, overseeing junior staff, and ensuring the preparation and cooking of high-quality food. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in the kitchen’s daily operations. Your responsibilities include station management, team leadership, food preparation and cooking, quality control, stock management, and health & safety compliance.
