Senior Chef de Partie. Oswald’s is a private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Oswald’s is proud to be a Caterer Top 30 ‘Best Place to Work in Hospitality’ 2023. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our Oswald's team. Paid trial shifts offered!

The responsibilities of the Senior Chef de Partie are:

1. Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service.
2. Leading on a section of the kitchen.

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Senior Chef de Partie are:

1. Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
2. Experience of working in a busy kitchen is preferable.

Working Hours: On a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday-Saturday. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
