ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section or station in a kitchen, overseeing junior staff, and ensuring the preparation and cooking of high-quality food. They report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and play a critical role in the kitchen’s day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for station management, team leadership, food preparation and cooking, quality control, stock management and Health & Safety.
