Harbour Hotels Group in England is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and deliver exceptional menus across our restaurant concepts. You will confidently run your own section and maintain the high standards we are known for. With at least 6 months of experience, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background, you will thrive in a busy luxury setting, and enjoy progression opportunities with staff meals on duty.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
• Capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Run your own section in the kitchen while maintaining high standards.
• Assist in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency across services.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
