Job summary

Darktrace Ltd is seeking an experienced Channel Solutions Engineer to join our Partner team. You will bring a strong technical sales background and cybersecurity expertise to enable partners to position, technically sell, and deliver services for Darktrace technologies.

You will align technical services with customer needs, deliver demonstrations and workshops, and build trusted advisor relationships with partner technical teams, while developing repeatable solutions and guiding opportunities to

Qualifications

Extensive experience in technical sales/solution engineering, ideally within a channel ecosystem.
Ability to design and present technical solutions to customers and partners.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Align technical services with customer business needs to drive partner-led revenue.
Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
Build relationships with partner technical teams and act as trusted advisor.
Enable partners to develop repeatable solutions and service offerings around Darktrace technologies.
Support partners on opportunities through discovery, solution design, and guidance.
Grow partner capability through coaching, mentoring, and enablement.
Maintain partner development plans tracking capability, certifications, maturity and growth.
Contribute to wider technical initiatives and share knowledge across the organisation.
