• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience

• Assess organisational structure, capability and delivery performance.
• Stabilise and improve portfolio delivery.
• Define clear roles and decision rights for the Change function.
• Redesign the Change model and strengthen governance, prioritisation and reporting.
• Improve collaboration across Change, Technology and the business and develop a transformation roadmap
