Consult in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Transformation Manager for a hybrid role with occasional visits to Bristol and Corsham. The position supports Defence, Central Government and other regulated environments, delivering complex business and digital transformation programmes.

Formación

• Significant experience leading business transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in at least one area: Business Analysis, Architecture, Operating Model Design, Service Design or Change Management.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering transformation in secure and regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex business transformation engagements, managing client relationships, delivery priorities and outcomes.
• Assess existing business capabilities, processes, services and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop transformation strategies, target operating models, business architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide leadership and direction to Business Analysts, Architects, Service Designers and Change Management specialists.
• Engage senior stakeholders to challenge existing approaches, influence decisions and secure agreement on transformation priorities.
• Oversee organisational change, stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes, structures and ways of working.
• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements, operational efficiencies and business benefits.
• Contribute to consulting proposals, business development activities and the identification of new client opportunities.
