Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organisational Change Management, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills to influence at all levels.
• Experience in applying structured change methodologies and adapting them to different contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts for alignment across the organisation.
• Design and develop training materials for new systems and processes.
• Assist in the development of key performance indicators to measure success.
