Job summary

ICS.AI Limited is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead / Senior Project Manager to drive an AI transformation programme for local government clients. You will coordinate delivery teams, manage governance, and ensure successful implementation of GenAI platforms while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will represent the company on Steering Groups and act as the primary contact during delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a PMO role or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering AI transformation programmes.
• Experience with PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with major clients during project delivery.
• Manage PRINCE2 Agile project lifecycle for AI transformation programmes.
• Coordinate technical implementation teams across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee budgets, resourcing, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide client communications, governance, and status reporting.
• Ensure quality through governance reviews and test plans.
• Maintain project documents including PID, RAID, and Change Trackers.
• Support PMO continuous improvement initiatives.
