Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Change Manager to join the Large-Scale Change Team. The role focuses on rolling out Ambient Voice Technology across Outpatients with about 20 specialties, on-site at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, for a 6‑month fixed-term contract or secondment.

We seek organised, proactive individuals with experience in service improvement, transformation and project delivery. Flexible working and potential for part-time arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in change management, transformation, or related area.
• Specialist change-management knowledge via post‑graduate study or professional training.
• Experience with project delivery, governance and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently deliver complex change workstreams within a large organisation.
• Plan, coordinate and embed changes to improve services and staff experience.
• Work with senior stakeholders to develop evidence-based recommendations and benefits delivery.
• Support go‑live activities and readiness reviews for new ways of working.
• Engage clinical, operational, and technical teams to enable digital transformation.
