Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an AVT Operational Change and Implementation Lead to drive the introduction of Ambient Voice Technology hospital-wide. The role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on redesigning clinical documentation flows to keep clinicians focused on patients during consultations.

Qualifikationen

• Master's level postgraduate qualification or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
• Experience of leading operational implementation of service change across clinical services.
• Strong programme management including planning, risk and dependency management and reporting.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
