Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Change Manager to join the Large-Scale Change Team within Improvement and Transformation. The role supports major transformation and digital change programmes, focusing on the rollout of Ambient Voice Technology across Outpatients Services in about 20 specialties.

The post is based on-site at Addenbrooke's Hospital and offers a 6-month fixed-term contract or secondment.

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Change Manager to join the Large-Scale Change Team within Improvement and Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of major transformation and digital change programmes across the Trust. These roles will focus on the rollout of Ambient Voice Technology across Outpatients Services with approximately 20 specialties.

If you are an organised, proactive and people-focused individual who enjoys working with teams to deliver meaningful change, we would love to hear from you., Working with clinical, operational, corporate and technical teams, you will help plan, implement and embed changes that improve services, patient outcomes and staff experience.

We are looking for individuals with experience in service improvement, transformation, project delivery or change management. Applications are welcomed from both non-clinical and clinical staff who are interested in developing their skills in large-scale change and transformation.Based on-site at Addenbrooke's Hospital, this is a 6-month fixed-term contract or secondment. For secondment applicants, written agreement from your substantive line manager must be obtained before applying.

Applicants must be able to work on site for 4 days per week and should be immediately available to start.
