Responsibilities

• Shape and grow a high-performing BA community, setting standards and deploying talent for maximum value.
• Coach and develop Business Analysts, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Lead people management activities: recruitment, onboarding, performance, coaching and succession planning.
• Deliver Business Analysis in a Lead capacity across ideation, triage, discovery and delivery.
• Provide BA leadership across all lifecycle stages to inform investment decisions with evidence and trade-offs.
