Job summary

Companies House is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join the Business Analysis team. The role focuses on identifying, analysing and delivering requirements for service teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

You will mentor and coach colleagues, oversee senior business analysts and drive change. A BCs Diploma and SC clearance are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is essential.
• Security Clearance (SC) is an essential requirement; UK residence in the last 5 years is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach others to raise professionalism and performance.
• Oversee senior business analysts, their assignments, development and performance.
• Identify, analyse and deliver requirements for service teams within an Agile Scrum framework.
