Allianz in Guildford is seeking a senior leader to steer Business Analysis leadership within the Commercial Practice. You will develop our people, raise the profession and drive analysis across complex initiatives that shape strategic outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Based in Guildford with hybrid work, you will lead, coach and empower Business Analysts, partner with Product and Delivery leads, and ensure value-driven delivery through ideation, discovery and delivery phases.

Formación

• A senior BA/leadership role shaping complex business and technology change.
• Proven experience leading people and delivering across ideation, triage, discovery and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business, product and technology audiences.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and how BA supports product and transformation.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and grow a high-performing Business Analysis community, developing capability, setting standards and ensuring our people are deployed to the areas where they can create the greatest value.
• Lead, coach and develop Business Analysts, creating an engaged, collaborative and inclusive environment where people can thrive and build successful careers.
• Be accountable for people management activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, coaching, talent development and succession planning.
• Spend a significant proportion of your time delivering Business Analysis in a Lead Business Analyst capacity.
• Provide Business Analysis leadership across Ideation, Triage, Discovery and Delivery, helping to frame complex business problems, shape strategic initiatives and ensure informed investment decisions.
• Guide the analysis of complex and strategic opportunities, ensuring decisions are supported by evidence, options, trade-offs, value, risk and delivery considerations before commitments are made.
• Provide technical leadership, assurance and coaching to Business Analysts, promoting consistent standards and proportionate approaches whilst enabling teams to work autonomously and effectively.
• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects and business stakeholders to shape initiatives, manage analysis demand and ensure change delivers against strategic objectives and key business outcomes.
• Champion Business Analysis excellence by promoting best practice, supporting Communities of Practice and driving continuous improvement across the profession.
• Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging a growth mindset, collaboration and a focus on delivering meaningful business value.
