Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape strategic change and improve customer experiences. You’ll partner with senior leaders, drive initiatives, and define holistic solutions across the business.

The role is hybrid and based in Salford Quays with office collaboration and a path to influence across the organisation. You’ll lead business analysis practices, oversee delivery, manage blockers, liaise with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and lead Agile/Lean practices.
• Direction-setting for business analysis within large programmes.
• Translate business drivers into objectives and required capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on analysis methodologies and problem framing.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise business requirements with executive stakeholders.
• Oversee the analysis function and delivery quality across the team.
