Job summary

Bauer Media Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Transformation and Change Communications Lead to drive group-wide change programmes and employee engagement. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver strategic communications plans that support transformation and embed new ways of working.

The role requires data-driven insights, strong stakeholder relations, and the ability to navigate a global matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant change communications experience managing transformation programmes in global matrix organisations.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementation across a matrix business.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of change management methodologies; agile experience.
• Experience delivering change communications impact analysis and roadmaps.
• Good proficiency in AI technologies with track record of applying AI in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Strong digital communications experience across websites, intranets, collaboration tools and social media.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and build trusted relationships.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation; delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change communication strategies and plans that deliver transformation outcomes.
• Lead communications strategy, planning and execution for change initiatives from inception through adoption.
• Develop credible, compelling content helping employees understand the transformation and its effect on the organisation.
• Drive behavioural change required for people to adopt and embed change.
• Own delivery of strategic change communications priorities across groups and functions.
• Consult business partners to prepare roadmaps and plans for early adoption and local relevance.
• Identify risks and opportunities with stakeholders and deliver timely communications.
• Participate in weekly project meetings to discuss progress and interdependencies.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change communications against KPIs and report to the Communications Committee.
• Develop a framework to ensure best practice across the communications network.
