Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to join the Change Team in the IDT department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help optimise Oracle Health/Cerner EPR and other applications, improving clinical documentation and ePMA processes while minimising disruption to staff.

You will map current processes, design electronic documentation, and work with clinical, managerial and admin staff to implement new workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and gain agreement on the scope and deliverables of change requests.
• Develop expert knowledge of electronic clinical documentation and related work processes.
• Analyse existing work processes against the Trust requirements.
• Design and implement new processes with services, engaging clinical, managerial and admin staff.
• Engage change management techniques to minimise disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Support effective communications with staff across levels affected by changes.
• Adapt to changing priorities and new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide line management and support to Change Agents and Change Managers.
