Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust seeks a passionate SME to help implement a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across key specialties, including Maternity/NICU, Theatres & Anaesthetics, Clinical Documentation, Front Door/ED, EMPA and Patient Flow. You will shape safe, efficient workflows reflecting clinical practice.

This role is hands-on and collaborative, influencing design, testing, training and go-live, aligned with national standards and better patient care outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in workflow localisation sessions relevant to your area of expertise, acting as a champion for the programme and promoting engagement across your team or wider care setting.
• You will be expected to commit to the full lifecycle of the project, offering specialist input into solution design, ensuring national standards and requirements are fully considered.
• Help to identify risks and issues within your domain alongside contributing to mitigation planning.
