Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IDT Change Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the rollout of electronic documentation and the Oracle Health/Cerner EPR systems across services.

You will collaborate with clinical and managerial staff to map processes, design new workflows, develop training, and manage change to minimise disruption while aligning with the Trust’s strategy.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience of leading change management programmes or projects.
• 2 years' experience of change management/business analysis.
• Experience in electronic system change environment in the NHS.

Responsibilities

• Identify change requirements with clinical and other staff.
• Analyse current work processes and design electronic documentation.
• Engage with services to determine training and workflow amendments.
• Ensure requirements are met through relevant work streams.
• Support staff transitions to new processes and ensure quality assurance.
