You will analyze current processes, design future-state workflows and support the implementation of change across clinical and corporate services.

The role involves working with frontline teams, clinicians and digital colleagues to ensure successful adoption, with go-live support and flexible hours during deployment periods in a 24/7

Formación

• Experience in business change, service improvement or digital transformation.
• Ability to map current and future workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a focal point for business process change across EPR workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops to capture As Is/To Be processes and map workflows.
• Support adoption of redesigned processes and track programme benefits.
