Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of the Epic EPR system across inpatient and outpatient services. You will work with clinicians and staff to align workflows with clinical best practices and support efficient service delivery.

You will analyse current processes, implement improvements, test functionality, ensure security, and provide user support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NHS projects and change initiatives.
• Experience with Epic EPR system and clinical workflows.
• Understanding of information governance and change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and optimise the Epic EPR system across hospital departments.
• Lead meetings and provide specialist advice on system capabilities.
• Train staff in key system functionalities.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rota when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional application teams to ensure integrated functionality.
